In this series, we'll share techniques, tools, ingredients and tips learned through years of cooking with family and friends, with an emphasis on using affordable, local ingredients adapted to a variety of tastes and dietary requirements. You'll learn to prepare ingredients, bring them all together, store and save them as we create a simple fish chowder. All registration fees will be donated to Loaves & Fishes.
